CBK Construction Company is family-owned and operated based in Kalamazoo, MI. We are a true general contractor that self-performs work and not just a construction manager. CBK provides a broad range of construction services. We started out performing Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings and Facility Maintenance. Over the years we have expanded our scope of services by self-performing 70% of any project including a full electrical and automation division. We are dedicated to building lasting partnerships with our clients by delivering the highest level of service and quality. When it comes to construction, one size does not fit all. By leveraging our experience, we are able to custom-fit a solution that best suits your project. This means considering not just obvious budgetary and scheduling concerns, but also the unique nature of your operation, your team, and your way of doing business.

For new construction, additions, or renovation projects, we provide construction delivery as a General Contractor, Subcontractor, or direct for the owner. Our quality PEMB Steel Erection crew, Conventional Steel Erection crew, Electrical, and Facility Maintenance/Special Projects crews complement our construction delivery method. For smaller projects and miscellaneous upkeep, or special projects our team offers a substantial range of solutions.

Since we self-perform key trades and with a design/build construction delivery method for our projects, we can control the schedule, quality, and cost!
