This 200′ x 295′ x 28′ office/manufacturing expansion added 69,000 SF of usable space, including a two-story office totaling 20,000 sq. ft. and 49,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing area. Our team self-performed 75% of the work, ensuring quality, efficiency, and control from start to finish.
This project features a complete salon and day-spa buildout, bringing together a custom hot tub area, nail and hair stations, and a series of serene spa treatment rooms.
Last spring a devastating fire destroyed 80% of our customer’s building, but we were able to rebuild and add to the remaining structure to create a new manufacturing and office space.
